The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore all that the area has to offer. the reception area provides a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, making guests feel at ease during check-in. the hotel staff, particularly Lucas and the lady with red hair, are friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.
There were instances of noise disturbance, particularly from children playing in the reception area and during breakfast. It would have been more enjoyable if measures were taken to prevent excessive noise and maintain a peaceful environment for guests.

The location was perfect, being very close to public transport and the city center. The cleanliness of the room was great, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. I also loved the hotel facilities, particularly the games like Pingpong and computer, which kept me entertained. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the friendly staff provided really good service despite the language barrier.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was ideal for exploring the city. It was conveniently close to the metro station, making it easy to get around and visit popular tourist attractions. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist me during my stay. Lastly, I was impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings. They had traditional Brazilian snacks that I absolutely loved! It was a great way to start my day before heading out to explore the city.
